Order notifications
For tenants that have enabled notifications, order details may be sent to that tenant's official business email or WhatsApp account so the tenant can process the order. Notification delivery is controlled per tenant.
Gmail API use
Our order-notification service uses the Gmail API only to send order notification emails from the configured notification account. It does not read, modify, or delete inbox messages, and Gmail data is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed with the relevant tenant, service providers that host or operate the store, and providers used to deliver enabled order notifications. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We retain order information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, customer support, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about the personal information held for your order or to request correction of inaccurate information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
